it didnt count it in my mutation achievements..? is there a reason? or just a glitch and i have to do it again?

It happened to me too. Its just a bug but you have to do it again.

its surprisingly easy. minus when a tank meets you in a alley way.

I have heard of achievements glitching & not counting when using any Mutation.

i dont play mutations much. mostly just single player.
so i only got the taaaanks!!! one.
not a big achievement person. so i guess it doesnt matter
