How to delete workshops addons?

How do you delete the ones youve added in game, like so you dont even see them in the cache?

I will be sayin' what I used to do myself. Go to Left4Dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop and delete whatever ye want from there.

Go to Left 4 dead 2 workshop and go to my subscribes or whatever it says then unsubscribe to them ;p
