So if someone murders somebody in cold blood, nobody should judge them because the murderer 'wouldn't like it'? I know that is an extreme example, but it is pretty much the same, the murder did a bad deed and is now being judged for it, but nobody should judge them (they should) because it would hurt the poor murderer's feelings.

i don´t cheat so i get no bans, it is a quite simple concept. your whole sentence makes no sense, as an individum which lives in a society i get judged everyday, according to my actions and deeds, which is fair enough.

They are still both bad deeds that are highly frowned upon in the community and ruin the experience for others, therefore he should be judged. Are you saying cheaters should never be judged?

I'm saying that it depends on what they do.
You can be VAC banned for modding HL1 with some bloom, and if it's something that small and insignificant, they shouldn't be judged.
