Why can't I play coop
I researched this before I purchased this game, it specifically stated I need only buy it once and my wife and I both can play this together as long as she logs in another pc with the game installed. It will not allow me to do this. Why not? I asked several different sources and all agreed as long as i was giving permission, we could play together.

Maybe this will help

Yeah, I read that, and then asked in e-mail and was told I still could, guess they'll tell you anything to get your money.

Come now, no need to be like that. If you're sure that you've set up family sharing correctly and have already restarted Steam on both computers, try contacting Steam support directly.

Family sharing does not permitt them to both play at the same time or so I thought, since I tried sharing my guess with my younger sister. She is on Left 4 Dead 2, and I startup RE6 or Dead Rising, Elsword etc. and she gets a message that she will get cut off in 5 min if I still have game running. Of course this includes both of us trying to play Left4 Dead 2, so she ended up buying herself a copy associated with her account.

Edit: That link Visi posted has the answer, It is the 6th question: says that only one person can access shared library at a time. Your only other option would be to play split screen (I believe there is a guide on how to do that).

Ohhh, I have no experience using family sharing, so please forgive my ignorance in that regard. It's unfortunate that it doesn't allow you to play coop games at the same time.
