How i can use the medic pack on my allies

Hi guys, how I can use the medic pack on my allies because when i try to heal my allies, i hit their. Thanks guys (sorry if you don't undertand me, i'm french and i have difficulty in english)

Get close to em and hold down Right mouse button while holding the medic pack

You just have to be next to him and right click while you have the medic pack selected-

he got it 2 hours ago, when he asked 3 hours ago, taking 1 hour for response, nuuuuuuuuub!

Do you even math? I distinctly remember at the time i posted my comment, 47 minutes had passed with the quickest answer clocking in at 14 minutes ago (at the time). 47 - 14 = 33. 33 minutes had passed between his initial post and the first answer and thats not accounting for the additional time that elapsed before he checked the forum.

My point is instead of asking this question in the forums to wait that long for something that basic he could have directly asked the people he was in game with and got it in 10 seconds lol

you don't know they wouldn't have responded, if they're in his general area (good ping) they might respond.

The OP surely would have been kicked for asking that question in game, don't you think? And there's nothing wrong with smacking your team mate a couple times with your health pack before healing them ;).
