Swamp Fever Ferry Ride
Does it stutter for everyone else when walking around on the ferry while it is moving?

You mean clipping animations?

That's normal in Valve games. Elevators and boats usually do this..

Can you describe what "clipping animations" are? I did a quick google search, and it looks like animations taking a pause, or something like that. I just want to understand.

If I stay still during the ride, looking around feels smooth. It's only when I begin to move around that it starts to feel jerky.

When you look at other players (in co-op), you see weird animations like gliding/weird limb movements, shaking)

The jerky movement must be a feature, because it felt like I was feeling the vibrations from the ferry's engine. It's not really a big issue tbh, just a bit uncomfortable..

Dang, I don't think that's what I'm experiencing. It's like the screen is shaky when I move around. It ends when the ferry ride ends though.

It's totally normal btw.. It's just that the source engine doesn't handle multiple people on a platform well if it's moving at the same time. Elevators go up, Ferry's go horizontal.

Sometimes people fall thru floors or suddenly die by weird causes. Blame the source engine, lol.

I'm playing single player though. I'll ignore it for now, since it only happens on the ferry at the moment.
