Can´t run game

Hi I have big problem, I can´t run Left 4 Dead 2. I run the game but nothing is happending. I had Left 4 Dead from christmas sell. (And I had 4:3 monitor but we bought a new monitor 16:9,but it probalby didnt work when we had 4:3 monitor too)I I reistaled the game but still isn´t working. Help. (Win 7)

Details such as how far you get into the menu/game, if you do at all would be helpful, too. I'm having a problem of mine crashing as it's about 10% loading the map.

Don't know about his, but if I leave it alone while it's loading the map (don't mess with keyboard or mouse), then it works all by itself. It hangs when it loads, so Windows thinks it's not responding and if I try to interact with it Windows will shut it down. You know... Windows.

First of all did you download the latest drivers? Maybe there is an issue there with them? Also I see your video card is overclocked. Put it back to normal settings and see what happens.

open steam. Find L4D2 in the library. right click and go to properties. go local files and validate files also have you checked alt ctrl delete seeing if the left4dead2 exe is running ? try this delete these from your Steam folder:
AppUpdateStats.blob
CilentRegistry.blob
