ever get kicked because you were too good?
This happened to me a bunch of times over the years, but recently I went into a game where people are all hanging back scared. I go out and handle the business with ease, doing all the work. The guy says "dont you know this is on expert?". I just have a chuckle because I been playing for so many years its nothing to me. So I'm still carrying everyone on my back and the dude just votes to kick me out and starts shooting at me. Oh well I will just find another game to play ;)

It happens. Slow games like that where everyone is walking is stupid. Block him.

Happens to me all the time. People just notice my massive cock and say how are you gonna fit it in this game, its just too dam big for my screen. So I whip it out and get to work, then they go, 'his massive e-peen is blocking my view' and kick me.

Every. Single. Time.

What a funny post. Try Tetris, you can't get kicked if you are super awesome.

Versus, once. I pounced someone with a hunter while the tank kept the survivors running. and they kicked me for "attacking too early" I'd like to state, the tank killed the other 3 while I killed coach.. lol.

If its expert...u need to rush smart...less SI, hordes.

So you rushed out on your own and left your teammates behind? That doesn't sound like getting kicked for being too good, sounds more like the opposite.

let me think....you are one of those players that rush solo ahead, and then blame your team because they were too far behind, if you get pinned down and die?

Well a lot of people make the distinction between a good player and a good teammate.
Someone who is great at the game, can run to the end of each chapter without being incapacitated or killed and who doesn't give a crap about how much fun the game is to the other people in the server. The fact that they choose to join public games with people who want a regular game instead of just playing with bots just goes to show that they're horrible members of this community.

There is also no such thing as too good. You either go down, or you don't. Wether you avoid doing so because you got lucky and eg. shoved a hunter away, or because your timing is utterly perfect after hundreds or thousands of hours of practice, does not matter.
Noone ever gets kicked for being too good, you get kicked because the others are morons or because you're annoying or a crap teammate. Sorry to burst your bubble.

However, since a lot of these posts are PROBABLY referring to versus campaign games, keep in mind that besides arrogant ♥♥♥♥♥♥, there's also a lot of players who aren't great at it. If a veteran versus player realises his team is hopeless, he may choose to rush ahead to try and get some points for his team before everyone's wiped out. One can argue how much fun that is, but a win is a win, and in versus mode I wouldn't argue about the fun factor when it comes to rushing or playing more calmly. Like m30w said, if you're fast enough you won't be bothered by as many hordes or special infected.
