Anti-patch patch
is there any chance any of the modding community can write an anti-patch patch or a mod that allows the perams to stay the same regardless.
An anti-patch patch - there are some players that haven't got their skills down pat yet and giving them tips is almost impossible if you have good performance stats. Every game I join seems to get ruined by ramped spec combos and horde sizes/durations. We want to battle zombies, not programmers' inability to balance gameplay..

What are you talking about? How is their a relationship between patch updates and player skill? This makes no sense.

erm... @no_name, it's pretty simple - you write patches or not. If yes, then can my friends and I have a patch that stops sync or if not, why even comment?
THEmasterBlaster, if you not understand question you prob not writing patch then... why comment unless you got some ego issue?

No, impossible. You wouldn't even be able to play with anyone in a different patch level, so the official servers would be right out. Which means you'd be restricted to your own server in which you can change anything anyway.

Then you would be running a different version that all the servers would be running? Not possible.

@The MasterBlaster, thank you for your clarification. I don't put things well. I prob mean the syncing thing when the game is quit - I take it to be a transfer of any 'acheives' or weapons stats and such like - persistent stats but we suspect there are scores of competencies against each class of special infected/NPCs to assist in game balance. I am not so sure on this one but the theory was proposed because of the change in intensity when I or other 'seasoned' players join a 'play with friends' session and the propensity for particular specials to target specific players. Our team is trying to find a sweet spot for illustrating tactical moves to the lesser-initiated like the old Quake 1 TF2 1v1 arenas. The missions for hard training on each special class is not really suitable for 'on the fly' strategies and we wish to get the 'real deal achieve' as a team and I feel somehow I am letting our team down. Thanks again for your advice.
