Ha, I love how steam shows L4D2 as "local co-op" but doesn't specify that you need to edit config files and input a bunch of console commands to get the glitchy setup to work. Much win valve. Much win. I bought the game for the sole reason of local co-op....and have to jump through a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of hurtles every time I wanna play it this way. ♥♥♥♥♥ that bullish.

shows as co-op, most likely because on the xbox version there is split screen.
So it IS co-op.
Just not on steam. The info is just to tell you what kind of game it is. not what kind it is just on steam

The information on a game's store page is there to describe the game on the Steam platform alone. If it included things that may be exclusive to other platforms, that would cause customer confusion and accusations of false advertising.

The game advertises co-op, not local co-op. Therefore, OP is wrong.

yeah, its user tags, but it should not be allowed unless its specified that its the most annoying stuff in the world to set up! :P

I took 1 look at it, and said I could make my own tag for it..
I could say this game is "Overly Sexual orgasmic flood fest"
Doesn't mean it is. lol. Go by the developers words. not the players/
