How exactly is it unbalanced? If the rest of the team wants you gone, you're gone. It couldn't be any more balanced. Play with friends to avoid being kicked, or deal with it.
There is nothing abusive nor unbalanced about anything you've mentioned.
Very ignorant way of looking at it when many other games don't have this retarded problem. When the best way to "deal with it" is to play a different game, you shouldn't be advocating for its defense.
I said deal with it because Valve obviously isn't going to change anything almost 5 years after release. And no, the best way to deal with it is to stop taking everything personally and just find another match, not play a different game.
Being polite and asking players to leave during an expert game usually activates some kind of team killer switch and I find myself on the receiving end of deliberate friendly fire... zzz
