What happened to Fisher & Antero?

Title says it all. What happened to them, why did they leave? They were some of the best scavenge mode players I've ever seen.

From what I've heard, the community has been like that for a long time. It's not something which happened recently. But it seems quite understandable to me. It's like playing football (only to win, mind you) and then you get some new people on your team who don't know anything about it. It's the same thing with people who play this game to win, they also don't like playing with new guys who don't know what to do. There are some people who do coaching, but not many, especially not in versus mode.

Although I have to admit, his reflexes seems to be extremely fast. Almost too fast to be legit, not to mention his aim.
