Common Infected crash help
Whenever I launch a campaign (Vanilla L4D2) Whenever common infected are supposed to be spawned, it crashes my game, saying it can't be read about common infected tank topjeans, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this, and if so, could you please explain it simply, im not a very technical person, and I never had any C.I mods installed.

Always try this when you're having problems, in any game.

Steam -> L4D2 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache

All you have to do is right click left 4 dead 2. Click properties. Click on Local files. And then click "verify integrity of game cache".
if there is a problem this will usually fix it, and the way you described your problem means this ill likely fix it.

doesn't matter if CI mods, I had a survival map mod that screwed up my commons, So deactivate all mods you own, verify files and see if it still crashes.
