Working on "Red vs. Blue" Spartans, need a little help...

As the title says, I'm working on some "Red vs. Blue" Spartans for the survivors, and I have a few questions for fans of the series.
I've only watched the first few episodes (yeeeears ago), but got tons of requests to make some RvB versions of my recent Spartan packs.

Anyway, I'm thinking of doing the L4D1 Survivors as Red, L4D2 Blue.
Here's what I have so far, but let me know if you think a character would fit a different survivor better (so long as they're in the same group):

Bill: Sarge
Francis: Grif
Louis: Simmons
Zoey: Donut

Coach: Church
Nick: Tucker
Ellis: Caboose
Rochelle: Not sure. Any ideas...?

Also, from all the screenshots I've seen, it looks like all the characters are basically all a single color. To give them a tiny bit of personality, and keep them from being straight-up recolors, I'd like to add some sort of markings to their armor.

Do the two teams have any logos or even flag designs they use throughout the series?
(if not, I'll probably just add their names to the breastplates)

Caboose uses the old Mark V (Halo 1) helmet as opposed to the Mark VI (Halo 3), that's about as far as they go for character differentiation apart from color and choice of weapons.

My suggestion for Rochelle would be Tex, or maybe Carolina if you really want some variety.
