Civil War - infected vs infected
OK, so talking about L4D3 is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ original now, but I think my idea is quite good. It's a versus mode where all players are SIs and fight with each other after escape/death of all survivors. Would you want the third game to include something like this?

The only way this would make sense would be everyone being a tank. The SI always work together, the tank is the only one that doesn't becuase IT HAS TO KILL ONCE IT HAS SEEN A SURVIVOR, as it starts killing itslef if nothings happening. This doesn't make much sense :/

That is if the Specials were exactly as they are now. I would assume there would be changes to the Specials behavior in L4D3's anyway. Most likely new ones. This would absolutely work and could be fun.

How about a mode like RE6. where you can only play as SI?
Your job is to keep them from completing the campaign.. like versus but you dont switch sides. Would be a interesting idea as a mode.
That just doesn't make any sense. Why would the virus attack others of their own kind? Common infected do it because when idle they wander in a trance-like state and if something interupts that state of mind (loud noises, sudden pyshical contact, boomer attacks, etc.) it sends them into a state of uncontrollable violence and causes them to attack the disturbance. And the tank's adrenaline causes his heart to beat so quickly that if he can't attack a survivor he will have a fatal heart attack and die. The other SI won't just go at each other for no logical reason.

If anything, I would think it would be human vs human. Like two survivor groups fighting over a safe area, while SI are drawn to the noise. Or it could be objective based game mode where you need to open doors, lower security systems and repair things while the infected try to hinder them. Like a spitter using her acid to corrode a door lock so the survivors have to go around or a smoker pulling a support out from under a bridge so that it collapses. I would like to see the next L4D have a world that the infected and survivors can interact with instead of them being placed in a static area and have them do their thing. A living world that has more than just what you see.
Infected, everything they want to get killed by survivors so their pain will over.
also when i read "Civil War - infected vs infected" i was think that thread about zombies that attacking other zombies(npc-zombies attack their allies sometimes). LOL
Every time round changes while playing as infected, there's a small window of time where I like to try and kill teammates or whatever close to me just cause.

Oh, don't cling to such details like behaviour. The most important here is that zombies fight zombies which can be fun.

Then the charger can save him by hitting her away XD

now what I would find cool for versus, have a witch, that 1 person on the team can place down(like every level the person changes.). So you can set up a trap. so, the other team can either crown her if they know how to, or you can use that time they slowed down to hurt them.
