Options -> Multiplayer -> Enable Developer Console

I went to Options, than multiplayer, and I don't see enable developer console.

Go to Options, then Keyboard/Mouse, then Enable Developer Console

options>keyboard/mouse>enabledeveloperconsole, then on main menu, press ` (next to 1, above tab, and bellow esc), then type "map <whatever map you want> <gamemode>" without the quotes. then hit it again ingame, and type sv_cheats 1, then test all the cheats
