There are waaaaaay to many people who do not understand what the term, "multiplayer" means. People are rushing, stealing medics, shooting their teammates and even letting them die even though they're walking right past them.

I mean, if you wanna make a speedrun or whatever; make a bot server?!
If you want to steal medics; make a bot server?!
If you want to complete the level all by yourself; make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bot server?!

The worst thing about this, is that whenever the idiots who does this dies, you're simply "too stupid to play" because you can't run up to the nearly dead player because he rushed.
This, is a team-game. Not a ♥♥♥♥ing "♥♥♥♥-you-i-wanna-win-this-asap".
Left 4 Dead has huge maps with alot of hidden places and rooms to check for "loot", which means that this game is not made for speedrunning.

People please, if you're reading this, do yourself one favor. Play the ♥♥♥♥ing objective.

Nah, not really. The game used to be so amazingly good, but it seems like alot of people don't really get the point anymore.

Yes I notice alot of lacking players lately. So when as something goes wrong more likely they didn't listen they rage. I found mysself not even wanting to play the game lately it's not all games but alot of them most of the people that do this are new players that shouldn't be in expert or vs.

The maps are large to allow the players to choose the path they want to take. The goal of the game is NOT to find and use every item that spawns on a map. You take what you're given and you use what you need, simple as that. The game is made for speedrunning and awards you for moving through maps quickly. The entire challenge in the game, besides Survival mode, is being able to demolish hordes quickly, especially endless ones. That is why the hardest maps are the ones that require you to move quickly, such as The Parish Bridge Finale, and the Cold Stream campaign.

You say to play the objective. The objective of every map is to get to the next safe room alive. The best chances of getting there alive is to move quickly so as to minimize natural hordes and SI spawns and not spend too long shopping for items.

21 hours on record, yep. I don't understand why or how people who have played the game for such a short time have the audacity to tell others how the game is supposed to be played, other than extreme arrogance and ignorance.

I agree with Restless. The versus gamemode is moving up quickly enough so the enemy team doesn't get enough time to build up against you. Though I do agree there is less teamwork than there was before, but therefore we have an option to votekick. And really, if you're gonna use yours and your teammates time to explore the level, please just create a botgame.

The objective is to get to the other saferoom. Moving quickly or not. You dont need to check every room for loot. It just drags the game out.

Personally.. I noticed, L4d had better players. like less rage. even in versus.. L4d2 seems to have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ alot worse..
Maybe I just got lucky on the game I use to play.
