Have you ever been unfairly kicked?
What am I saying? Everybody has, right? Share your story.

First level on Dead Air, playing as surviviors.
We'd been hit hard by the Infected team and everyone except me had used their healthpacks.
We head indoors, a witch is blocking our path, no way to get past without startling her.
We're all bunched up together trying to figure out a way through.,
I figure it this way: my health is in the low yellow, everyone else is green, I'll sacrifice myself and use my healthpack.
I shoot the witch, let her take me down, wait for my team mates to kill her and pick me up.
Kicked.

Anyone else got stories of idiot team mates who don't understand good tactics?

When we had one guy who purposely shot me, incapped me, left me for dead in an acid patch, and then screwed over the rest of our team by rushing ahead to the top of the hospital, starting all the hordes. He got karma in the form of a charger.

Nobody got kicked, but this event just ♥♥♥♥ed me off.

last level of dead center, mall, playing in versus mode, i was a boomer, and i was standing in front of the elevator exit, waiting for the survivors to enter. they kicked me for inactivity.

Worst thing that was ever allowed in gaming, "vote kicking", that's why I prefer single player. I get kicked because I go too slow. I'm not a runner/gunner type.

But if you are spawning quickly and not taking your time, then are you also getting kicked.

Then you're on the wrong game.

I know, really wish I hadn't got it, I thought it was something more in the line of stradegy, my bad.

No Mercy finale (campaign), after climbing the ladder on the platform I got boomed. While I was dealing with the hordes, teammates moved to the radio. Someone asked "what are you doing all the way back there?" Then I got vote kicked.

I've kicked people before for various reasons. People rushing ahead of the group in camp', AFK, just not paying attention to their during a horde, tank & causing the team to be end capped. Other reasons vote kicking occurs is trying to get a friend in game & etc.

Someone initiate a vote kick simply because two of my team is down (one of them was away from the group), I was helping the closest teammate get up (bar almost complete) while the third teammate instead of providing cover fire, decide to go out of sight and just got ensnare by a smoker. I save them both anyways and got voted kick because I didn't help the one who got ensnare first?

I suspect a good majority of LFD2 players have been unjustly kicked at some point or another, unless you ONLY play solo campaigns and/or only with friends (that don't/won't kick you).

There was this admin that who had a gun that started fire's. So, he screwed us all over, we got killed by a tank right at the end. I said to him: "You are a traiter." 1 minute later I got kicked, even by my own teammate(there were 4 of us, but my friend was afk the second time he tried to kick me, so it was 2 against 1).

Playing Vs' I have seen people on the other team keep vote kicking people off their team.
I'm training to karma charge, so, I was waiting for a survivor to go into my range... then, I was kicked for, oh, "atak th enme tem dum@s"

It's a run and gun game in versus.
So I avoid versus, too many noobs assuming they are pro in there.

Campaign is much more fun (unless you are on expert or advanced realism)
Much more chill players.

Got to agree with that.
