Slower
Does anyone know of any maps that are played slow. Otherwords, with more stealth then running and gunning ? I just can't do the real fast stuff, sorry, so any ideas would be appreciated..thanks, and stay frosty

Only one I can think of would be Hard Rain. It's full of witches so spraying bullets everywhere is almost a death sentence, and the flooded out stages physically restrict your movement speed. The thunderstorms also greatly reduce visibility and sound, making it more dangerous to rush quickly through some areas.

I agree with Ninja- Hard Rain is best played slow. You can try to run through some sequences but if you're not careful a horde or SI will catch you off guard in the open while you can't see crap.

You do get slowed down a bit by the storms and the flooded parts, but the witches are still fairly easily avoided and there's a couple of ways to quickly get through the levels.

Hard Rain is great if you want a little challenge, the corn field in front of the gas station is dangerous when it hides special infected (boomers on expert, fun, everyone goes down by the pipe!) and a well placed tank can cause some headaches. But there's no real stealth in the game. Hordes come at you anyway, regardless of wether or not you get spotted, and you can't really bypass a lot of enemies by sneaking.

Perhaps there are some mods or mutators available if you want to go all splinter cell on the infected.

Can hold shift. and walk. helps your aim, and makes level last longer.

I guess you can say Hard Rain, but if you take advantage of the platforms, the campaign can easily be rushed. Hard Rain is the easiest map to finish in expert too.

Swamp Fever is probably something to be cautious at, since your are in open areas with reduced speed. Bushes make it really hard to see infected and so does the deep water. The plane event is also really hard.

Thanks, appreciated ^^
