New ideas for zombies in L4D3
I got three ideas for new foes:

1) The Siren: Women special infected with no arms that screams like hell and make the player who is in the "scream range - 3 to 6 meters" DROP all the loot he / she carry on with... Also, makes the player feel dizzy (hangover vision) and reduce its accuracy to the level of a stormtropper for 7 seconds (Player will only get the pistol to counterattack while the effect vanish). Its behavior after scream is a variation of the original witch, with the exception that before scream ITS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER...
So you scream, and automatically, run, cause its amount of life is around 350...
One shot and no attacks...is it only con...

2) The Wreckchen Jesters: Two psicopaths, dead survivors, new Bosses. Like the tank, sounds of strange and loudly voices full of joy will be heard... The first one --- The Happy --- will go and charge agains everyone like the tank... Its as fast a survivor with yellow life, and for compensating that, it jumps like a hunter without the need to crouch before... Its normal attack is to hit a survivor with a road sign and throw him to the ground, little distance. It can't move car, garbage containers or any kind of throwable stuff... Its special attack is to slam a survivor onto the ground and make him / her feels dizzy... If it slam a survivor while jumping, the survivor will be pounce with 10 - 15 of damage, and the jester will be able to continue its attack... The Happy, uses a clown mask, looks like a hunter, but is a little bit taller, like a charguer, and attacks with a red road sign that says "End of the Road". The other guy --- The Devil --- acts in the same way, except for two things: He uses a M60 for attack... He slam you with it, He don't know how to shot it... And the other thing, is that its special attack its to "wrench" a survivor. The devil will catch a survivor, and try to break its dorsal spine. He will not damage its vitality, he will automatically deliver the pain to the survivor resistant (The temporary life that remains after a survivor becomes incaped) --- like if the survivor where left hanging... If al the resistan is drained...game over... Devil can't be shove, it recibe reduce damage from melee weapons (25% less) since it got an improvised armor, and its inmune to fire... but its static, which made him an easy target... For that, The Happy must distract the others... Both of them have the half of life that TANK got, and its rate of attack is reduce... The idea is that, first make survivors split... then, The Happy distracts 3 of them, and The Devil, breaks one by one...

3) The Hive: The cousin of the spitter. A rotten, decay mutant with a colony of infected flies at its back. It throws flies through what is left from ist arms like a firethrower. Also reduces accuracy and visibility. It got a medium-long range ot attack, and can move while attacking. Its as strong as the charger. Its special move consist in a lick pounce that make dizzy the survivor, but not harm him / her... The flies-thrower attack is it normal move and got no need to regenerate. When it dies, flies will harm just a little the survivors in a long range. Not like acid, since its not a exponential damage, but enough to bother...

Hahah!!! This is a funny post! Valve make a game with the number THREE in it! Good one!
On a serious note your suggestions are decent but they'll really have to bring some new content to LFD3 because modding covers a lot of what it could be.

I got one last but exceptional idea...

DEADLY MUTILATIONS

Sequences of instant killing for special infected and survivors in certain conditions...

Not like the karma charguers, or the car rolled punch...

When the player dies, it can't be resurrected, in any style of gaming...

For a more inmersive enviroment, the principal change would be to encounter adittional playable characters hide, that would help when someone in your team dies, not just the regular respawn...

In fact, it would be pretty interesting if everyone in the game could make itselft an avatar...
