So, how about listing your specs so we can offer some solutions for you to try? That would be great, as whining is really hard to diagnose.

Oh sure, dummy me, why didin't I think of that. Here it is. Windows 7, 16 gig RAM, AMD QUAD CORE 3.6 GHz. Video Card AMD Radeon HD 6670 2 gig RAM. I'm pretty sure it must have to do something with my spec. Dummy me. Sigh. Oh by the way, you don't need to be a jackass in order to try to help other. If it bothers you, feel free to not read people's stuff and go play some games some places else. Big Thanks for nothing bud.

Right Click L4D2, go to properties, open the tab "Local Files", and then click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". Just let it do that process and see if it will launch after that. If all else fails you may have to delete the game and reinstall it.

LOL. Someone needs to wash their girl-parts off. Oh, and welcome to the community, it's a better place having you in it. P.S. verify your game cache and see if that helps.

Oh great, here come the Community's L4D2 clown of Zimbabwe. Ha. Ho. Hi. I just felt down my chair with my underwears stuck on it.... you just made my day. Can I be part of your fan club? Or... unless you don't have one it's ok... we love you still. Thanks for your info but I don't trust clowns. They usually tell you things to make you laugh... oh crap... did I just contradict myself here? O_O
