Yesterday my sisters and I finished expert realism Dead Center.

We started the game for The Hotel and end with Atrium Finale.

I survived from this game but I didnt get thisachievements, why ?

Did you start from lobby in expert realism?

1) You NEED to start the game at the lobby.
2) Difficulty set to Expert.
3) You MUST play & survive the ENTIRE campaign.
4) If at any point the game senses you are NOT there, you will be disqualified. This includes..... going idle. Disconnecting at ANY time, even if it was NOT your fault. Game crashes & you join the game again, in which case you need to start all over from the lobby.

could I ask how to avoid this problem?

It's hard to go through the realsim expert game for me :(

So disconnecting WAS the problem? Well then:
1) Make sure your internet is working. Router. Settings ect....
2) Verify & make sure all Steam AND L4D 2 files are good to go.
3) You may have to reformat your computer if needed. I know I had to. I was getting problems all over the place back in 2009 / 2010. Once my Windows was redone, it fixed a LOT of problems I had. not just Steam & L4D 2.
