still not downloading help
yeah i got this game when it was free and for some reasion every time i try and start the download it saying starting but never starts ? help

There was both a download time limit and an install time limit. My guess is you exceed the install time limit (which ended a few days after the download).

Are you getting steam servers are too busy to handle your request?

just never starts it says starting in the download page but says for hours :/ so i get fed up

Try to close steam. Go to your steam folder and rename config and appcache folders (i.e. config_old and appcache_old or something). Restart steam and hopefully download starts. If not, you can rename them back.
