Second Speed Hacker I've caught on Stream & Admits

Report "********" or also known as *********** second guy i've caught on stream speed hacking. Luckily I caught this scum, the funny thing is he even admits it. I'm beginning to wonder if VAC is even doing its job properly on this game. Apologize for the profanity.

VAC doesn't instantly ban, it's designed that way, IIRC, so undetectable hacks take longer to develop, instead of just using trial and error. With L4D2 being free to download for a weekend, I imagine every hacker and griefer signed up dozens or more puppet Steam accounts for this game. This has never been something new but usually they had to at least pay five bucks per game when it was on sale.

The fact you are rebroadcasting him trolling you means that he's already won because he got under your skin. And I hope you know that you are promoting his hacking website by listing it here and leaving it in the stream, so you are essentially giving him free advertising, something he's clearly after by spamming that URL. You can't White Knight a troll, so it's best just to not feed them and move on instead of playing into his hand so perfectly like you are now.

After detecting a cheat VAC purposefully waits an undisclosed amount of time to both allow the seemingly safe hack to circulate to catch more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and to try and stop the users from knowing exactly which cheat was detected.

Do I care that i'm advertising his p*ssy website? Nope I've actually won, already looked at his profile and already has 3 VAC bans on record. He wants to keep wasting money on l4d over and over let him, gives Valve more money to save up for future games. If others want to hack this game, then go for it. More money for Valve, which means more games for me. ^^

That's why I said you're playing into his hand, you've already lost by letting it bother you which is what he wanted. You aren't going to name and shame a griefer or hacker, it's their PURPOSE to cause trouble and get attention.

The only way to win is to not let it bother you (which clearly it is) and let it go after reporting, blocking and maybe even leaving the game if it's being ruined and nobody will kick them. Any other response is feeding the trolls and making you look foolish by losing your anger. Don't play their game by being angry, because you have nothing to gain from playing on their level.

It doesn't bother me, it feels actually good to catch scum on stream. I was neither mad while playing (though it might sound like it in the highlight).
