Why do "pro" players always kick the noobs (sometimes but most of the times they do)
I mean just because some people aren't as good as others, that doesn't mean you have to kick them

Because they are looking for competition with "pro" players to show their "perfection". And sometimes they play with "noobs" just for fun. That happened to me but if they want to kick me, I go out of the game by myself. That's a true story...

Some people aren't compassionate enough to play with a person theyll constantly have to babysit, and compensate for the mistakes they make due to inexperience; to play at a different pace than they usually do. If the team is malfuntioning, whomever is making it malfunction should be removed as penance, and shuffle the slots to help their chances of succeeding.

Everyone in this game has had, at one point or another (or eventually will have) an experience where a new player has joined the game, ♥♥♥♥ed up so horribly in some way shape or form ignoring any of what you say friendly or otherwise, and leave anyway which will vex you even if you dont want to admit it. Like a person that avoids water after a near drowning incident, when these people see a newb naturally they think playing with them will be a repeat of horrible past incidents and get away from them.

These arent *my* feelings, im just explaining.

I tend to avoid players who are intolerant of noobs, but I look the other way when playing versus, since good teams are a must.

Mostly of the new players are trolls and griefers so yeah, sadly thats something they need to do.

Sometimes they're looking for a more serious game, winning or losing does matter to some people.

It's just a game and some players take it very seriously, which is why they expel the game to players who just want to have fun with friends.

Ive got over 1000hrs in this game and just as much in L4D1 and I never kick a new guy because this game is hard to learn but yea there are some people who cant stand too lose so they kick the little guy out because they are weaners and cry babies. Add me if you want a skilled player to help you out

I'm not the best player, but I play for fun, and yes sometimes I just get kicked for making mistakes. It's such a shame.
