Modding Help: Space Marine Coach

I've never really had time to get into modelling, and I cannot find a simple tutorial to help me with this. I have 3dsmax, I have the models, I just don't have the knowhow. If anyone out there has the time or patience to help me complete this project of mine I would greatly appreciate it.

I have the proper credits to the models im using as well, and was also going to try a Bolter mod after this if anyone would like to help. Thank you for your time!
