game crash when start
every time i try to start l4d2 its gave me black screen and just crashes with no warnings
i try to downalod it again and still the same problem . its doesn't freeze my pc its just crash . help me with this plz . sorry for my bad english :)

black screen relates to graphic or resolution problem. Try lowering the game resolution. You can try to set launch options to: -w 1024
The height will determine automatically.

have same problem game crash after start but its not freezing its crash and shutdown the game, i checked the local files via steam but dont work -.-

i have get to work, by me was problem with stupid steam version, i have installed v16 from steam site and no working game same the contacgion free weekend game not working now i download steam v15 and now all go :D yeah
