I do not want to sound negative.... but I am glad the game is dying down after the free christmas gift time. I missed the good ping official servers since there was so many people. Glad I can connect to them more now than before.

What makes you say the game is "dying"? You can see from the stats it has between 10,000 and 25,000 players every day.
You could of course be speaking from experience, but your profile suggests you don't have a lot of that either; been playing for 10 hours? I'm the first to agree that the kicking attitude in this game almost ruins it, but there is no way you should be playing Versus already.

My advice: play campaign until you know all the maps, then start with Scavenge to get a hold on the SIs, then go into Versus.

Actually, that's not my experience. I play 2-3 games every day and I seldom see or hear anyone misbehave. I see people who do not know what to do, but even then I seldom see anyone being offensive.

It's not dying and screaming kids have always been an issue in Versus. Play with friends or don't play Versus. Campaign is the best anyway :)

campaign group is amazing. funny, and fun. and if they dont like u. you get like a "♥♥♥♥ you n00b" and they leave. the versus group sucks lol. no teamwork, no respect, no skill, just abunch of ragers who leave if they dont win the first round. lol.

Actually, Coop is what's innovative; versus gameplay is what's been there for the 15 years you mention.

Actually the problem of versus games is that everyone is leaving the game when they are loosing..Why there's no penalty for leave, like you leave the game and can't join to an vs game for like 20 minutes or something, if someone's got to go they won't play in these 20 minutes..I can't play an vs game to the end because everytime someone's ragequitting

I have played both versus and campaign, and I am glad that I have stuck to co-op. It's a much better group there.
