don't come near her when she's about to get startled- when you see a witch, simply walk up close to her and use the auto/combat shotgun and headshot, if it doesn't work with one headshot, multiple shots with the tier 2 wep should get the job done.

Crowning witches
Works:
In campaign only
For sitting witches and wandering witches
With shotguns only

Because witches have 1000 health and a single shotgun blast deals a little over 1000 damage, a witch can be killed with 1 shot. You must be close enough to the witch that every pellet from the shotgun hits the witch, usually immediately up against the witch, and crouching down and sticking the end of the shotgun in her back is the easiest way to do this; it is not necessary to hit her in the head, and she can be crowned from any angle of her body.

Crowning is easiest when done with two or more shots, in case the first shot does not sufficiently kill her. An automatic shotgun is the best for this, because you can shoot 3-4 times before she turns on you, but it can be done with pump shotguns, although it is more difficult. If she is not startled before the first shotgun blast, it is possible to fire off a second with a pump shotgun before she attacks you.

It is possible to crown an attacking witch with an automatic shotgun, especially if a person who she is not chasing runs to her side or behind her.

The ability to crown witches is removed in realism, and consequently the shotgun does not do 1000 damage to the witch regardless of who startled her.

4 of you guys has to shot with pump shutgun. And you must shot from witches ♥♥♥♥♥ on his head.

Another way is someone throwing a molotov at her and then back off, so the other 3
can shoot her while she's trying to kill the thrower.
We rarely do this, usually when for some reason no one has a auto-shotty :)

[Edit] And if there's no way around her. If there is, the easiest way is to ignore her, duh.

use a chainsaw on wandering witches. the sitting ones, i dunno.
definitely works on wandering witches but fails on sitting witches as their reaction animations aint there, like if you do it to a mobile one, it yells, stands there for 1 and a half seconds then tries to kill you and by the time she stops standing around shes dead. sitting ones get up and hit you as soon as the chainsaw touches her.

the easiest way is, u need a shotgun, both two kinds of shotgun is ok, to kill a sitting one, all u have to do is duck and fire at her as♂s, 1 shot is enough, but sure all the shells hit her. to kill a stand one, follow the rules above but dont have to duck.
and there r some other ways to kill her.
