Need help with something...
For some reason, when I play L4D2, Gmod, or HL2, I can't walk backwards while crouched, which is very inconvenient, especially for L4D2. I would like to know if anyone has a solution to this issue, as there is no key binding specifically for crouch walking.

Maybe the same happened to you as to me some weeks ago, i couldnt walk left direction.

It turned out in one my programs (i think it was the Catalyst Panel), Alt+A was shortcut, so thats why L4D2 couldnt recognize it.
Check if you have Ctrl+S as a shortcut somewhere in your system.

Do you know if there's some way I can check for that? I tried using the windows help and support, but all it has is the basic shortcuts.
It's weird, becuase a few days ago, it wasn't like this, but I can't think of anything I've done that would change anything.

I dont know how can you check that, try to remember when the problem started and if you installed any application at that time.

I just checked my apps running background and then i found Catalyst has the same shortcut.
Try to remap the crouch key to see if it works, just to make sure the problem is the same i had.

Try switching your CTRL and Shift binded keys, that worked for me!

Lol yeah, that's what I ended up doing.
I actually kinda like it more like this, and now I accidentally use SHIFT thinking I'll be crouching in a lot of other FPS games, lol.
