People kicking/Elitism for No reason
I can understand people wanting to win, & I can understand people not getting along. But being a noob coming back to FPS's, its disheartening to see that when you make an error, or mistake, or even say something that upsets somebody else due to them calling you out constantly, you get kicked!

Coming from playing like crysis 2, MOH Allied Assault back in the day, etc. I've never met more Elitists (gamers who think their crap dont stink) in my entire life! As an MMO gamer of WoW, ESO, GW2 / beta tester of many MMOs, With all the people I've come across, I've never met more elitists in my entire life.

Is this the future of fps gaming? or is this the result of jerks just kicking people as they please, because they can!? I came back to kill some zombies, and if it were me seeing a noob, I'd at LEAST give them some tips/pointers. Instead people degrade them, and kick them!?

-L4D2, worst community I've ever played with, and coming from an MMO gamer, that is just sad, because I'm with tons of people on a normal basis, and don't even see this type of rudeness in those games at ALL.

Total turn off. I understand if people want to win, but there is a difference between being a winner, and being an elitist. Winners enjoy the game no matter what. Elitists expect nothing more but the best, and well if you want that, join a clan or something for gods sake since your "that good". NOOBS have to learn somehow, and how can I learn if everyone boots at the sign of being a nub!

Like i said, worst community I've engaged in within 15 yrs of gaming. Disheartening to see such jerks in a game like this.

Whats wrong with wanting to learn them with other people. You act like everybody has played the SP portion before they jumped to MP. -- Not the case at all. More tips, and help comes from people who have played the game. I know how to get through the SP portions, any person can figure that out by sticking together. Unfortunately, this isn't a helpful community at all, and if you make the slightest error, or upset any individual, they just kick you.

How can anybody enjoy a video game where people just kick you all the time? As an MMO gamer around millions of other people at one time, I've never experienced such rudeness/elitism in my entire life.

Back in MOH Allied Assault days, people played for fun. What in gods name happened?

Dude you must be getting some bad Lobbies. I have never had issues with being kicked unless you keep shooting teammates too much (a ridiculous amount). I recommend hosting a lobby so they can't kick you if you are having trouble. Or add me and I'll play with ya.

The advise given to you was good advise. Verses is VERY competitive and unforgiving. If you want to play on-line, play campaigns on an easier difficulty level. DON'T play expert.

what is the fun of playing a game based on multiplayer (quick match), by myself, when i know already how to get through the areas?

If people want competitive, join a freakin clan for crying out loud. Do clans even exist anymore in FPS's?

DON'T join Versus if you don't how to play the game correctly and DON'T join campaign servers with higher difficulties if you are a NOOB! You are SCREWING their game experience by not doing what you are supposed to, and sometime by doing WHAT YOU ARE NOT supposed to as well!

I didn't say by yourself, I recommended you play MP Campaign. The idea is for you to gain experience which is far more involved than not getting lost in a map.

do understand you and some players are really jerks and will shot you and kill you for no reason at all instad of playing together as it was ment to be, they will instead only try to do one thing = troll you by shotting you all the time and then run away as good they can

this you will only see in one other game (csgo) and you will simply not find a more toxic community then in these 2 games = people are being idiots just because they can

I just join quick match. I don't join anything in particular. That doesn't even seem like an option at this point anymore.

You should pick play online and choose a lobby. It will tell you what map is being played as well as the difficulty level etc

Will def. start doing that, as well as playing through campaign with people more, ty. I just enjoy playing infected so much, (as im sure others do) and I hate always being humans.
