Is L4D2 still censored for Australia?

I haven't tried playing L4D2 for years since purchasing on steam and discovering all the work-arounds for enabling gore no longer worked without an .exe patch, and there was no way I would chance that from some random site. So my question is, is it worth re-installing or is it still censored? I have a NZ version for my xbox360 so I haven't missed out too much, but I'd rather play on PC over xbox360 anyday.
