Do you think L4D3 will be on Mac and Linux too?
First of all, Apple make good computers but they arnt great when it comes to gaming.... Hopefully they will work on Graphics and what it can handle soon in the future.

Do you think L4D3 will be on Mac and Linux too? It will be using the new Source 2 Engine and im just wondering if it will be able to handle it? Im sure Valve would do something about it? They made the first 2 on all computer platforms, why not on this one?

Yes, definitely. Linux has been getting a lot of support from game companies lately; many indie games are made to be compatible with Linux, and more and more bigger titles are available.

It's not like valve would not support steam OS and Linux for one of their published game. :P

Steam OS maybe. Haven't had the chance to try it out personally (plus apparently Steam OS isn't really better for gaming than other Linux os), but I do run Steam in Linux frequently (Ubuntu and Crunchbang) and it's a lot of fun. It does require a little more technical knowledge than Windows, or, lacking that, a little more patience, but it's worth it. Games seem more stable in it, there are usually sufficient drivers available, it's free, online technical suggestions are superior, and there's a huge number of indie games coming out now that are available. L4D2 for me crashes less, I have slightly better performance, and I can minimize full-screen (or windowed, of course) without any problem.

Personally I would downgrade back to ms-dos 6.22 before installing Linux on my computer ... lol , but I guess peoples like linux more then I do.

No reason for it to not be on Mac and Linux, more money that way and who doesn't like Left 4 Dead?
