Crash at Start
Hello.
I have a problem with this game. I've played this morning and i had no problems, now I cant play: when i try to start the game it crash without errors.
I tried to delete bik videos (intro), the game start and it crash during the loading (with the yellow screen left 4 dead 2 loading)...

I think after an update this afternoon (but i'm not sure about this). I checked all the cache and it is ok.

Why would you delete the intro videos?
You could have just put '-novid' in the launch parameters.

Addons issue. You know what you installed before game crashed? Well, uncheck it from addons and delete it from addons folder.

I searched but i didn't find a good solution.
I don't have any add-ons.

Other possible options?

The game crash befoore going in the menu. I open it and it crash in the valve video...

yes. The game open and after the screen "LEFT 4 DEAD 2 Loading... " it crashes

Ok I solved. The problem is XFIRE. If you have xfire open the game doesn't work
