I believe nobody won't have a chance for getting Good Guy Nick achievement.

Unless,community actual tries to demand or ask Valve to do something about this,I wouldn't be surprised if this year there won't be any event based on Good Guy Nick. Yet,I know there are more games out there that requires lot of effort to do to get such an achievement,but this is one is real disappointment. Owners have to "decide" whenever to put an event or not.
Guess we can only pray for a Christmas miracle.

I got ghost of christmas present a few days ago for some reason, and that's an acheivement for helping a free player through a campaign. I think???

That is who bought the game and being new to the game. Good Guy Nick is the same thing to newbie players but the event must be active.

for Good Guy Nick you need to help someone who is playing for free (during a freeweek event)
Ghost Of Christmas is help someone who get the game for free (without pay)

sry no. u can get either as long as the game was givine free during said event.

Only diff is Good guy Nick is much rarer than Ghost of xmas.
