I don't speak Russian, but regardless, the Russian competitive scene has always been very distanced from the rest of the scene. At one time they gave us some very good teams but for the past 2 years or so they have been very self-reliant and do not really ever compete in other international tournaments. As to where can you find Russian tournaments and websites, I am at a complete loss because of how isolated they are from the rest of us. Sorry.
