Mods question

What if i subscribed multiple mod lets say ak47 mods from different creator simultaneously,will it corrupt or conflict the files? is it once i press the subscribe button it will auto installing it ?

If you have multiple AK mods in general, they are most likely to conflict, unless one of them doesn't come with sound and you get an AK sound only mod. If you need detailed information on how any mods conflict, check the console like the conflict warning message says to (which so many people have a hard time doing so).

If you subscribe to multiple AK mods, by default they will all enable when downloaded. This will most likely cause a conflict, resulting the the active AK mod highest on your addon list loading and the other files doing pretty much nothing.
Having multiple mods for the same weapon in your folder will not cause them to stop working, but they will conflict as stated above, and you should turn the one(s) you're not using off to avoid this.

Thank you both for the advices, but what if i want to completely remove the mods and maps, do i need to delete manually through the addon folder>workshop, or just unsubscribe from the creators from steam...

And how about the the mods and maps from the gamemaps.com, why is it allow both way to install the vpk like:
1) drag the vpk file to the addon folder OR
2) double click the vpk and it will auto install it into addon folder..
Did i missed any step or is that a proper way to install vpk?

If i want to delete to maps or mods from gamemaps.com, the only way is to directly delete it from addon folder ,right ?

For the Workshop, the only way to get rid of a mod is to unsubscribe. Otherwise it will just keep coming back, as it's still on your subscription list, even if you delete it manually.

To install mods from places like GameMaps, place the .vpk you get in your addons folder. Double-clicking to install is unreliable and may not work properly, so I suggest against it where at all possible.

And if you wish to delete mods you downloaded manually, you do in fact have to remove them by hand from the addons folder.
