Its "over"
Thanks for the reply anyway. It's hard to get attention when I try to be constructive.
If it works as intended, noobs (as they call it) can go to mutation and fool around while tryhards (as they call it) can quick match without being worried about getting a bad team.
besides, theres no server support for mutations.(nowadays)
It only works if people start to use that "mutation", which is not likely to happen.
there are very few official servers.
I just created L4D1 co-op games on both official and best available servers. Can't test mine though since I'm the only subscriber and it's a versus mutation.
And that servers require a gamemode setting to play (versus, scavenge, survival etc) and that you simply can't play this mutation on a normal versus server ?
I may be wrong..
I may just create a random co-op mutation and test it out.
I cannot create custom mutation lobby on any server but only on local host.
Never mind then.
Most of the servers run with sv_gametypes WITHOUT mutation, so.. you can create a lobby, but that lobby will probably never find a server.
