Can't play game because of mods.
When I join a server it says it enforcing consitency for all the game files I can't even play single player. Please help.

For which game files? If you ever play on someone's local server make sure they disable sv_consistency by setting it to 0

That's a tank model. Disable any workshop tank mods you have, and then fix it; if that works, unsubscribe from the mod, leave a note to the maker that it's corrupt, and report it.

Disable or winrar Models and delete files, Me the server not worth the BS

Disable mods for any server you don't admin. THis will be most dedicated servers online.
For single player or a local server, enable the developer console, and type "sv_consistency 0"
without quotes.
