The Mods I DownLoad dont work other than sounds mods
i even made it so none of them conflict even the compaigns please help! im on a mac so that might be something

There is a file in the left4dead2 folder called addonlist.txt. It lists all detected addons, and defines their "load order". Deleting it will cause it to be re-created when next the game loads, hopefully allowing it to find new mods that it might not have found previous.
