Valve fixed this.. Click the photo OP posted, then it lists the mods he has subscribed to.

It doesn't 'look that good' it looks pretty normal to me(and if you look closely, you can see the jagged edges of the train cars) only thing I noticed different were the survivor HUDs and the train looks like a block of Lego, lol. Do you play with maxed settings?

These are the mods that would be affecting the appearance of the screenshot.

Theres blood on the floor if you didnt notice, i did director_stop so there wouldnt be any infected going after me, thats why its looks more clean
