This is why on ProMod, you only have tier 1 weapons, you have no grenades, no health kits, and no items except pills. You only get two m2 shoves before its on cooldown, and the special infected do more damage and respawn at a faster rate. Try restricting yourself when you play instead of using overpowered weapons and complaining that the game is faceroll. I stopped using tier2 weapons (aside from hunting rifle) within a few weeks of playing the game.

Play expert realism solo with no bots on Questionable Ethics.

Also: You can use cvars to adjust all the things you're talking about. For example, if you have sourcemod, you'd put this in the console:

sm_cvar z_tank_health "10000"

The only one that can't be done with a cvar is blocking the hunter push. You'll need the extension Left4Downtown2 for that. All the rest are cvars, depending on what you define as the jockey speed.

Personally, I think the biggest problem with the jockey is that he is only a partial pinner. I designed a plugin that allows the Jockey to keep riding an incapacitated survivor. Add in the Jockey jump, and now they are extremely deadly. You can get a lot more kills in a lot more places, and you can also take survivors way far back.

His cooldown is also excessive, especially paired with the partial pin problem.
