A bug
Sup, i have a problem, once my comp restarted itself, and i dont have sound, anyone can help?

A random restart without sound that only happened once is not a bug.

Lol.
The computer.
Then make sure your sound is indeed turned on (in-game settings, and your speakers, and make sure it's being directed to the correct output)
If that fails, verify your game cache. (Steam >Right click L4D2 >Properties >Verify)

if i start the game i can hear those sounds, but if i join a game i cant hear anything, maybe some sounds for 2 sec when im spectating as infected

Try verifying the game cache in games/right click on l4d2/propeties/verify game cache.
Then run the game, open console and put this (you can try after verifying see if that fixed it) and wait it takes about 15 mins

snd_rebuildaudiocache;snd_updateaudiocache;exit
