Game crashed after first cinematic loading scene to the main menu

the problem is that the game crashes everytime he trys to load the main menu i´ve got WIN 10, there is no error or something else after that i need to restart my PC....
could someone help me pls?... wanna play the game again with friends sorry for bad english

Okay then, do this: Right-click on Left 4 Dead 2, go to Properties. Go to Set launch options..., add "-novid" without quotes then click OK. Close that Properties window, and try launching L4D2 again. This'll skip all startup movies.

Doesn´t work either dude... game stil crashing

I had the same problem, I solved it by opening MOTD everytime an intro starts. Might solve for you. It seems like it crashes for me when the MOTD on the side of the screen shows up.

It might be related to w10.
A commonly given solution in that case is to re-install the OS, but before, try updating your graphical drivers.

ok i will try to update my graphical driver but re-installing my OS won´t be a thing

Make sure to have your drivers updated. Also, Library > Left 4 Dead 2 > Properties > Launch options, then add :

-novid

i did what you wrote and -novid at launch option.. he is skipping the cinematic but still crashes
