Why doesn't it download any mods anymore
Game worked fine 2 hours ago, now when i start it loads the mods in main menu for ages. Nothing. Cant use mods atm. Anyone else got the same?

Doing the same for me too. It's a pain since my friends want me to play a custom campaign :/

Okay so I unsubscribed from an item in game, then got it back.. All my add-ons loaded.. That may work for you guys.

Same with me, doesn't work. Tried reinstalling, deleteing mods etc. It just doesnt download them in main menu. Hope some fix or something comes for it :d

Same here, can't load anything. Tried unsub/sub but it dident change anything. As lucariolu says, workshop is probably down.

Hey, I have a tank music mod that won't bug off. I want a new tank song (silent hill)but i cant cause of the mod. I can't even turn the mod off :{

Ya sucks mate, Left 4 Dead 2 has had lots of problems with mods recently

And i just got the mods for turning textures in to anime style textures. Even the survivors

You can always remove the mods from the workshop folder (X:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop). There you will find all your subscibed items.. They will have numbers, so just look on the pictures, they should tell what file does the number stays for. Also, if you somehow remove them from here, and do not UNsubscribe them, L4D 2 will (as soon as it will be able to) download the again.
And one more thing. If you move these files in just addons folder, not workshop, they will alway work - even offline.

I fixed my problem. My tank music that i hated was outside of the work shop folder. So, I put it in the workshop, launched L4D2 and I removed it from my list.
