People who are too busy or got ♥♥♥♥ going on to play a full game. Before rounds they idle because they have to get something to drink or take a poop. They have to leave for some stupid reason. Why did you even load the game then?

Valve's programmers. One time you have a hoard of 5,000 zombies, the next time you have no hoard at all. One time the Tank can hit a mile away, the next you can't get a hit within two feet of a human. Retarded tank spawn locations.
