This Still Happens

I can't play L4D2 online and offline with out it saying "Connection failed after 10 retries" I googled what this means It means I don't have Internet Conection but I can play GMOD and TF2 online fine but I can't play L4D2 Is there a way of getting rid of the message (And Yes I verifyed the game and it still doesn't work)
