How do people join my friends only game when they aren't my friends?

Maybe they're a friend of a friend, or a friend using an alias. As for the odor, perhaps you need to wash your girl-parts off and un-bunch your unmentionables.

Group servers can be joined through the group server list, and if you have a public profile people can click "join game".

What's the point in a friends only game if you can click on anyone's public profile and join their game then? I thought Valve programmed it so that only people on your friends list can join the game chat session and it checks before letting users in. If it doesn't do checks that's the dumbest programming I've ever heard of before. Also, friends of friends shouldn't be able to join, as if it was programmed right it would only let YOUR friends join. This isn't facebook. I also didn't think the server browser or group server list showed private games sessions and even if they did, the programming should of done checks before that user joined the game session anyways to prevent someone from doing that.

This is also happening like 5+ minutes after I create a private friends only session, which means that there is no way possible for someone to see the sessions as public before I switched it to friends only, giving them a few seconds to join after I switched it and how it shows on the browser.
