Custom Maps are greyed out in selection and get purple checkers design in the maps that do work.

I downloaded some costom maps like helm's deep reborn and deathcraft 2. I tried to play these maps but helm's deep and other maps were grayed out and the only maps i could play were i hate mountains part 2 and deathcraft 2. When i play those maps i get a purple checkers design and the error you find in gmod. Does anyone know how to fix this?

1) If you are using Workshop versions of these maps/campaigns, do you have all parts subscribed and downloaded?

2) If the answer to the first question is yes, are you playing the maps/campaigns in their proper game mode? For instance, Helms Deep Reborn cannot be played in Campaign, only in Survival mode.

3) The pink/black checkerboard pattern means there are textures missing. ERROR signs means there are models missing. Once again, check to see if you have all parts of any multi-part campaign or map downloaded. If you are still getting missing content in certain campaigns, download Rayman's Missing Content Fix[www.gamemaps.com]. It is a manual download, but it should re-add a lot of stuff that's been missing from the game.

4) If all else fails, verify your game cache, unsubscribe/uninstall from the maps or campaigns and re-download.
