Report a translation problem
I rarely see a massive pool of blood on the floor for that to happen and it tends to disappear. I assume this is to keep the framerate down and not have so much still loaded in which you do not really need.
Until survival where there will be too much blood it may slow everything down. That and I am sure someone will make a period joke
